Application and Enrolment Fees

A student’s name will be registered following payment of an Application Fee. Application is a pre-requisite for admission, however it does not guarantee admission to the School.

The Enrolment Fee is payable when accepting an Offer of Enrolment. The Application and Enrolment Fees are non-refundable.

The Application and Enrolment Fee plus applicable Tuition Fees for the first year must be paid prior to your child commencing at Sandridge School.

The person/s signing the Application for Admission and Offer of Enrolment is/are completing an agreement to abide by the Terms and Conditions of the School.

Payment Terms and Conditions once enrolled as a student at Sandridge School

Fees are invoiced and payable with 4 instalments in advance the term prior. The fees and charges are subject to annual review. All communications relating to enrolment and fee payments will be directed to the signatories on the Application for Admission, unless otherwise requested.

Methods of Payment

Initial fees and charges may be paid by direct debit, cash (at any bank) or credit card (surcharge applies).

The Principal reserves the right to refuse or allow a student to either commence a new term, or to remain at the School while any fees or charges remain unpaid.

Deferral of Enrolment

An accepted Offer of Enrolment may be deferred for entry in a later year by payment of a holding fee. If an enrolled student does not take up a confirmed place at the pre-arranged date a holding fee of 30% of one year’s tuition fees is payable, which is non-refundable and not offset against future tuition fees.

Withdrawal or Cancellation of a student

The School must receive at least one term’s notice in writing prior to the withdrawal of any student. In the absence of the required notice, one term’s Tuition & Learning Resource Fee will be payable.

Temporary Leave of Absence

Requests for a planned Leave of Absence from the School for one term or more must be submitted in writing to the Principal for approval at least one full term in advance of the commencement of leave. A 30% holding fee is payable for the absence period.
